To create, begin by soaking the almonds in cool water overnight, then drain + rinse, and let dry (you can also simplify this step & use raw almond butter instead) Next pit & soak the dates in warm water until soft.
Then add your almonds, dates, coconut oil, rose infused dark chocolate, maca powder, cacao powder, and salt to a food processor. Process until blended and a soft dough-like consistency is formed.
Form the dough into balls with your hands and roll into the blend of maca & rose petal powder. Place on parchment paper and let set in the fridge until firm.
Once set they are ready to enjoy! Leave in the fridge until ready to eat.
