Fall Herbal Chai

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Water or Coconut Milk*
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 2 Cardamon Pods
  • 6 Clove Buds
  • 1 Star Anise
  • 1 Inch Piece Ginger Sliced
  • 2 Capsules* Botanica Daily Adrenal Support
  • To Taste Raw Honey

Instructions

  1. To create, combined all ingredients (except for the Botanica Daily Adrenal Support Capsules & raw honey) into a pot and let simmer on the stove for 5 to 15 minutes. 

  2. Then remove the pot from the stove and strain out the remaining herbs. 

  3. To complete, add the Botanica Daily Adrenal Support Capsules & raw honey to the chai mix. Stir until combined. 

  4. Top with powered nutmeg before serving. 

Recipe Notes

*Coconut Milk may be substituted for water to create a more traditional chai. 

*Botanica Daily Adrenal Support Capsules must be opened first before adding them to the chai mix. Only the liquid extract found inside the capsules is added to the chai mix.
