Fermented Turmeric Ginger Kefir Pops


Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Kefir Water or Kombucha
  • 1 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Cup Turmeric, Ginger, & Black Pepper Tea* Cold Infusion
  • 4 to 8 Tablespoons Botanica's Fermented Turmeric Ginger

Instructions

  1. To create, begin by adding all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until combined. 

  2. To complete, pour the popsicle mixture into a mold, add sticks, and freeze for at least an hour or until set. 

Recipe Notes

Turmeric, Ginger, & Black Pepper Tea* Prepare an infusion of 1 part Turmeric root (dried or fresh), 1 Part Ginger Root (dried or fresh), and a sprinkle of ground Black Pepper (dried). Strain & let tea cool to room temperature before adding to blender.
